Florida Retail Federation Endorses Bogdanoff

Representative Ellyn Bogdanoff lands major endorsement from Florida’s business community.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Today, the Florida Retail Federation announced their endorsement of Ellyn Bogdanoff’s campaign for State Senate District 25. This latest key endorsement puts Bogdanoff far ahead of any of her competition in securing the organizational support necessary to win election. In addition to the Florida Retail Federation,  Bogdanoff has already been endorsed by House Majority Leader Adam Hasner, Boynton Beach Mayor Jerry Taylor, West Palm Beach City Commissioner Kimberly Mitchell, Boca Raton Mayor Susan Whelchel, Boca Raton Deputy Mayor Susan Haynie, Lighthouse Point Commissioner Chip LaMarca, Lighthouse Point Commissioner Tom Hasis, Lighthouse Point Commissioner Susie Gordon,  Firefighters/Paramedics of Palm Beach County, Inc., Local 2928, and United States Senator John McCain.

“We believe that you will be a prominent and influential voice for Florida’s retail industry.” said Randy Miller, Executive Vice President of the Florida Retail Federation.

Florida’s 100,000- plus retail businesses employ nearly 20 percent of the state’s workforce, pay more than $33 billion in wages annually.  The Florida Retail Federation represents nearly 11,000 businesses throughout the State.

“I’m honored to receive the support of the Florida Retail Federation,” said Representative Bogdanoff. “They are a strong voice for the business community in Florida and can be confident I will continue working with my colleagues in the legislature to spur job growth in our economy.”
